CPA 1246 written on unidentified flying object near Glascow at 3500'.
Weather balloons and high speed collisions with unidentified objects that cause little damage except skin dents, isn't all that uncommon these days, becoming more of an issue; even at altitudes from 10,000' to FL410. Anyone take a weather balloon into a Trent? What were your N1 vibes after the hit? Wish we had a list of the near-hits and actual events available to us as pilots from our airline, and a collective list developed via all airline/commercial/private aircraft.
