I note that this doesn't appear to include income from Cork Airport Business Park. There's a total dividend from 8 associated undertakings of 19 million, plus 10 million in management fees. However, it's near to impossible to work out how much of that may have come from the airport business park. I suspect it made very little contribution in terms of management fees, but possibly closer to its 1/8 share of the dividends.
