Lasiorhinus on this one, don't instruct just to get some hours. On other threads here on pprune people are speculating as to why we hear more and more lighties going in, maybe the quality of their training has something to do with it. Just my opinion. sorry for the drift.
If you want to instruct, do it at the end of your career, not the start. That way you may have something worth while to pass on to your students.
