I don't know what Aerodynamics Malaga is charging these days but it was €5990 (last time I checked) if you had a foreign ME rating. If you have a JAA ME class rating, and just needed to convert the MEIR, the price was €4990. It included 10 hours of sim time, 5 hours in a Beech Duchess, and it included all fees and even the examiner fee. I don't know anyone who was asked to pay a penny more than the quoted price. They also have very nice and affordable lodging available nearby right on the beach.
You will be done in less than 2 weeks, easily.
Consult them for the latest prices as they may have gone up.
