If the employment figure of their graduates was good then they'd use the figure in their marketing. That they don't seems indicative that most graduates struggle to get a job.
The trouble is, CTC will keep training people irrespective of the job market, because they are a business and that's their primary source of revenue. It's not that they don't care whether their graduates all get jobs or not - as it's clearly good for them if you do - it's just not their #1 priority.
