From company appoval to JAR 66
Hiya,
I've just got my JAR66 License, before that we had a JAR145 company approval B1/1 or B2 to sign off the logbooks...
at this time it was legal but it wasn't a proper license.
For my company there isn't any differences....I think they are hudge.We now are personaly responsible....
It would be great if some of you could tell me "how engineers are treated in your country ( as a licensed engineer).
Pay bonus,rating bonus if several approvals,run up etc...answers froms Europe and USA would be very welcome.
