Lon. Try BlackVue - Software Updates - DR300/ DR400 Range and scroll down the page to BlackVue DR400G-HD - Latest Firmware - 26/2/12. The link takes you to Blackvue .com which is quite often inaccessible for some reason. Last time I tried it took nearly a week before the link worked.
