No reason why there shouldn't be dark blue on parade, Halton does host several tri-service units. Although I do note our dark blue colleague seems to be a little hesitant at being on parade with the light blue by standing 4 inches behind everyone else. Or maybe it's just a military take on that Arabic man woman thing
