WY is currently employing both expatriates and locals but omanisation is definetely something to take into consideration. So, I think it would be foolish and irrealistic to expect a long term job opportunity.
On a brighter side, they've just got approval from the banks for a 80M USD loan to add another 2 B737NGs to their fleet. For information, they are currently operating a fleet of 5 B737NGs (2 -800s and 3 -700s) plus 4 ATR 42-500s.
It might be worth trying as, in addition, Oman is a lovely country.
