I am certain that Sunstate Aviation is not approved to conduct any JAA training.
I recommend going to CAA's website to find out about the schools approved to do JAA training in the USA. You can try CAA's website at http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/175/srg_fcl_ApprovedFTOs.pdf
