During the week you have the lifts and mountains to yourself and the local pubs resturants are great.
Rumour has it that I'm normally pretty good at finding a pub, but on my last visit to Faraya (Jan 2003) I found that
on a week night you'll probably find more activity in a graveyard than in Faraya!
Your comment on having the mountain to yourself is true and the people are friendly and helpful.
Out of 10 I would rate the resort as a 6. Good fo a quick ski, but it's not the Swiss Alps.
