Qatar aeronautical college is a family orientated environment. The work is hard and the standards are high but with pleasant atmosphere to work in makes it that more enjoyable. My memories of the place will linger in my mind forever.
I just hope that whoever wants to work there to be sincere about it and to be above all an instructor not use it as " a stepping stone" to QA as someone mentioned earlier in the post. Not an hours burner but truly delivers his skills to hard working students. The achievement of seeing your students move on to the airlines is the reward you reap as his FI.
The pay is sure good compared to Oxford and the like. But in return you must work hard for your money. No moaners and personal issues with colleagues.
