I pretty much thought that was the case, the old suspended licence thing no longer exists but some people who should know better told me it did.

Further question for anyone with the info to hand, slight change of subject. What do you understand by a "B Amendment", is it laid down anywhere what this constitutes and similarly is there such a thing as an "A Amendment"?
