Quite a number of pilots have already left the company for pastures (or deserts) new. alternative measures are still being considered, the major one being a cost saving initiative that will involve a reduction in pay in exchange for additional days off. A majority vote on this issue might be enough of a mandate for sufficient savings to be made in pilot employment costs to prevent compulsory redundancies.
