It is said to be pre take off so it obviously has not been cleaned as bin is full nor has it been checked as no lotions.
So, what are we paying the cleaners for???? If they're not fulfilling their contrctual obligations, then why are they being paid???
Oh, I forgot, despite all these other factors, OTP is the MOST important consideration, as clearly the punters would rather be on time in a dirty aircraft, rather than 5 miuntes late in a clean one.
