Never done any ag work, but is it neccessary to fly at 5 feet... if that...?
Surely you're really looking for
and surely the spray gets pushed down far enough by the rotors for one to have a few more feet safety margin? I've done survey at 75-100 ft and that was finger out of ass flying in case of engine out.
