As someone who has had extra training BECAUSE my standards slipped I can hand on heart say that the training standard and thus safety comes first. I know from the outside our Target Zero initiate looks like
PR and hot air, but I assure you once in company you quickly see it is more than that. Proof is in the pudding though, put your cv in and get a job and you will see.
