Scoot captains paid approx 20k Sgd before taxes(which are about 10%).
As compared to SQ mainline of about 26k(expat).
Scoot had itself very well organized. Right until the point the 787's decided to play truant.
NOW its in trouble.
By 1st July the same SQ mainline which had 'let go' of its 'excess' expat pilots, will
have 28 pilots short for operation of its NORMAL flight schedules....!
And all this whilst EVERY airline in the world is hiring the 777 driver!
