I'm not surprised its in the media I am surprised that it would be posted on Prune with a request for more info as to "Anyone know the full story???". What really happened is a professional pilot using his/her skill and training performed a normal manoeuvre because he/she wasn't satisfied with the situation. If Mr Burns can't believe that this sort of thing can happen in 2013 then he should drive or catch the train. If those who regularly post on this forum think that its another indication of a failing of the system then you will never be convinced that it is actually an indication of the system working.
