I read that in COPA salary they pay viaticos per month guarantied beside base salary and gastos de representacion. This viaticos included the Viaticos in the layovers?? Y read the new convenio colectivo and in one chapter they said that copa pay 100 usd in layovers in south america and 75 in north america or something like that in layovers but I dont know if this are included in the salary or they pay it cash on layovers like in most companies.
