Rumours last year were that Jet2 were going to look at LPL again this year? Anyone know anything? It would definetely be worth their while!
Its a shame, as I would have thought the new based aircraft in Lanzarote and Alicante could have been a good chance to gauge demand to non based airports in the UK.
ALC/ACE-LPL/BOH/STN/BHX could have been done. Its only 2 routes, but like I say, a good chance to see if the Jet2 brand could work at these airports. Ive missed out LGW as competition is rife here, and I don't think Jet2 could survive a price war down there.
