I had always thought the opposite of the middle east. Always that it was
very female centric, especially blonde and "buxom"... I had sort of dismissed the ME due to that, but will bring it more to the fore of my investigations within my realms of searching.
I will certainly, as I said in the OP, that I will be doing some skill building, especially on the catering front of things etc...
