So why have the Notam for aircraft to give 24hrs notice to come in between 2200z-2359z. When the airport is fully operational as 2 aircraft arrive between 2200z-2230z. I Think these flights are Mon-Fri. But might only operate 4 nights during the week.
Im sorry but that just does not make business sense to me.
