Another good product is
SpamNet . Only works with Outlook at the moment, but they are working on a version for Outlook Express. Works like a dream, it has picked up all the spam I have recieved since I installed it. And if you do recive anything you submit it too Cloudmark and hey presto everybody else don't get it either...!! Best of all it's free!!!
