$15 Million does seem a bit optimistic, especially considering the USAF (insert very reluctant US taxpayer here) is willing to give $20M+ per for either 20 of the Super Tucano or Beech's AT-6 Texan II turboprop for Afghanistan's Air Force, whenever that legal battle is over.
