No, luckily not! This is what the smallprint says:

"The CE 560 Encore+ to CE 560 Encore differences training shall be
evaluated or the full type rating training shall be accomplished."

The difference between the Encore and the Encore+ is mainly the avionics: Honeywell Primus 1000 versus Collins ProLine 21.
