At the risk of brewing up a storm, what are the chances of Cathay introducing an MPL scheme like Dragonair?

I notice there was talk of it two years ago but has it gone away?

Cathy Pacific Airways is trying to build support for a "cruise co-pilot" multi-crew pilot license (MPL) under ICAO rules as another solution to meeting pilot demand.
