That was at one of the food halls.....tables chairs you name it were blowing around. I had folk all backed up behind a few vertical tables as shields there was that much debris flying.
Even that was exciting.
Kirby Chambliss was airborne during/inside that storm. with nowhere to go
Probably has not spoken publically about it but one of our friends over here is good friends with Kirby and his wife....he was sipping champagne with him after in the VIP tent afterwards....the story makes you wonder how the prop held. At least it was not a SE Qld storm full of hail etc.
Too many stories not enough time to time them all.
