As A&C and EESDL say, bad practice in a busy civvy circuit.
But, then again, if you're last to land just before the airfield closes ......... low fast run in, climbing break, followed by a continuous descending turn rolling out on short finals ............ what better way to end the day.

For PPLs like us, it helps if you're flying something which at least vaguely looks the part - Cessnas and Piper Cubs doing a RIAB look silly!
And, don't even think about trying it until you've done it many times with an instructor.
