Email was sent to all applicants advising that Virgin are not recruiting at the moment and therefore are not reviewing any new applications. They anticipate recruitment "activities" to commence in late 2013. They are encouraging you to continue to update your application. So it's not anything new. It just confirms that for those who have had an application in for a few years that the wait continues and to start getting comfortable where you are now
