In the news today about the FAA approving of Boeing's 787 battery redesign. Obviously there is still testing to go on in order to approve it for passenger ops.
If it does get all approved and TOM get the first 787 before May would TOM reverse their decision to delay the 787 service till July since they have asked for the 767 leases to be extended and refunded the "787 excess charge" to passengers?
