I know u said Germany, but if you are willing to travel Bristol Flying Centre is a good place for doing it on the actual aircraft.. You can contact them yourself for price and availability, but in my experience they are very accommodating and flexible.
Good luck - its a fun bird to fly around (would be better if it had a bloody APU though!)
Bear in mind, that if you do it on the sim, say at FSI Farnborough you will still have to go out and do base training (touch and goes) on the actual aircraft before getting an endorsement in you JAR/EASA..
