It wasn't the Staish and the PEdO ten years ago, it was actually the Staish (42) and StanF (aged 37). The dropout rate was truly appalling, many of them retrying the test post remedial training, but still failing miserably. As the runners dropped out, we 2 alone kept going until the 18year old 'beep test' standard, at which point Harry walked out without another word. The average age of the other runners was in the low to mid 20s - but you've never seen bigger guts (and m'oobs).
