As for Zenon and West Africa...Zenon handeld everything from recruiting to negotiating and offering a contract.
According to the contract, they were also in charge to handle the salary once they would receive the funds from the operator
which was the point for me to take another option.
So, there was a lot more than just sorting out CV's.
