Sydney Airport is at breaking point and the city is in desperate need for a second airport, federal Infrastructure Minister Anthony Albanese says.
Mr Albanese said the ''Sydney doesn't need a second airport'' argument failed the practical test of anyone who used the airport at Mascot.
