Sorry, I meant SRG 1119D for " course completion". Re SRG 1157/2199, both are available and not specified as to which is to be used in addition to the "prof check" on the SRG 1119 A ,B or C.
Stds Doc 14 Ver. 6, para 12.9, page 16 simply asks for SRG 1119 and the SRG 1157 retained by the examiner.
As said above, for renewal within the 3 year period, I am completing SRG 1119C, both examiner forms, signing the logbook (test), completing the licence revalidation page; and if they intend to apply for an EASA licence in the near future, completing the SRG1199. Oh, and I take a copy of the SRG 1157/1119.
NB I am not using the SRG 1119D unless training takes place and licence "action" is required.
Basically making it up as I go along!
