As Ryanairs Public Relations department is at great pains to explain, they are a low cost airline always aiming to provide to the needs of their customer base (also: to provide for the basest needs of their customers
). Nothing increases the
sensation of safety in these uninformed minds that the pilots have ben drawn, quartered and hung for their crimes... or in modern times they have been instantly fired.
