Decent quals, WJA, but see above regarding DEC. They'd more than likely be very interested in you for an FO slot but without a JCAB ATPL and a 767 type rating you can forget DEC (until something else changes in the space-time continuum).
That is absolutely **** that they took almost a year to decide yay or nay. Parc need a bloody good kick up the arse because they are really getting pretty slack. It's bad enough they do bugger-all once you're in AJX but to spend that long putting your application through just smacks of disorganisation and piss-poor service.
If FO is an option for you, give Crew a go.
