If the catering by 2015 is not sorted then may some phantom of Ian Honnery appear like a scourge and smite the organising committee.
At the GA field in 2007 the feds were nailing the pilots of planes that
did not have locks on their throttles and locks on their controls and
approved chastity belts fitted to any PIC of the female gender.
My Auster was equipped with three different devices of impressive proportions, except door locks. The starter motor could not be disabled, as none is fitted. Imagined I saw a man wandering round with his right arm off at the shoulder, muttering "will the forces of evil stop at nothing?"
At least one pilot whose plane did not have locks was fined. $5000 was the hit, rumour had it. "Run away . .. run away" The DVD is only $33.95, posted.
