If you are very fat, you'll lose a good amount of kg within 3 or 4 mo ths just changing your way of life.
If you are worried for the holidays, and most importantly, your health, here you have some tips.
Start drinking just water, still of course. no cokes, or any other drink with sugars. Just water,and about 2 liters a day.
stop eating ****, thats is, anything that comes inside a colored bag (no chips, cookies, donuts, and any other processed food that only have sugars). Also no burguer kings, pizza, and any other similar thing.
eat 5 times a day, but small amounts of food. 2 pieces of fruit a day, and don't eat pasta and similar at night for dinner.
No cooking with butter or salt, just olive oil (and not too much a day)
no pig, or any other food with fat. No fried food.
You can find menus online, but better to go to an endocrine
And walk almost 1 hour a day.
in 4 months you will lose a lot of fat that way
