Is that water screened and by whom?
Anything that enters the
sterile area at BNE is screened, whether it be goods or people. The goods are all broken down into portions/packages of sufficient size to go through an xray. If they cannot be eg construction materials etc. they are subject to other checks that satisfy the regs.
Screening only applies in a real sense to the Sterile Area. Access to Airside is covered by other regs.
