I assume you are talking about the drive pad drain point.
If so this is not uncommon. The ITEM does now give a leak rate for this fuel pump seal, (previously omitted from previous revisions I believe) 3cc and hour from memory. If not check with your local Pratt rep, I have found them to be very helpful unfortunatly the same can not always be said for the Italians !
Fuel leaking from here does not seem as seriouse as the same thing on a twin pack pump, different pump and bearing setup.

P.S. I believe Pratt are now aware of an instance of this pump seizing and shearing the drive spline on a 67 series engine. Might be worth checking!
