What you have said is correct. He is like that. You have answered your own points so very well. It is in the makeup of some people in exactly the same way that genetics create most behavioural traits, eg BiPolar or Manic Depression, Psycopaths, Abusive Catholic Priests etc. Always there and waiting to happen. Not learn't behaviour, instead genetic behaviour. Science is only just beginning to realise how mental illlness actually works. What we don't need is a baying public screaming for blood and revenge. If you want that, try the USA. They love to punish and terminate. If you want treatement for the underlying problems, try Scandinavia.
