Can't forget Airport 75
The one where the GA pilot has a heart attack and crashes into the 747 resulting in the first officer being sucked out of the aircraft. Then "Nancy" our intrepid flight attendant flies the aircraft until some bright spark decides to get a helicopter to fly parallel to the 747 whilst they winch another pilot into the hole that was created by the heart attack victim.
A classic that should not be missed!
