Come on guys ... you must know where the wind comes from ... 16 / 34 never (or very seldom) get's used due to the Cape Winds being of the Northerly type (winter) and Southern (summer).
I have personally never landed on 16/34 from about 50 landings.
I pressume they are talking about a paralell main runway - a - la Jhb Int ?
