Battersea is one of the few places that you can land in London.

All the people that work there do a fine job.

If you can do a better job than them, set your own heliport in London and see how much it costs.
You draw attention to high running costs and exclusivity which reinforces the view, I believe held by many, that it is regarded as nogo zone for pilots on a budget.

Apparently they don't mind being seen as aloof by not communicating their policy regarding pricing for precautionary landings... perhaps they are too busy sampling the menu for the £330 per ticket safety conference
