UK ENR 3 Flight Levels
Sorry if this is in the wrong forum, but I have been looking at the above and hope someone can give me a definitive answer as to what the up and down arrows mean under FL?
An example: STAFA, under IFR cruising levels. Down arrow [even FL240/FL200], up arrow [odd FL230/FL70].
I'm confused exactly what this means. I would assume semi-circular cruising levels, but the FL70 minimum height as opposed to FL200 has thrown me off a bit.
I'm sure it exists, but I couldn't find it - is there a decode for the ENR Routes?
