It does make me wonder, by the amount of job ad's I'm seeing these days, requiring applicants to hold endorsements on the types involved before applying. Particuarly types which I imagine are not that common.
Is there really that many people out there that they can do this? Or is it often a case of "you get what you pay for"? ie. If you're not prepared to put the $$'s into training someone who's right for the job, but not nessecarily endorsed, then stiff **** if the one you get doesn't work out.
