Gdigba, if it touched down that deep, less than a 1/4 remaining, it is no surprise it went into the bushes! What is the actual length? it used to be +- 6000ft! To land any jet in 1500ft does not sound feasible at all! Why did it happen? Guess, we might never know! A hawker accident at Bangui, circa +- 2006 springs to mind, and this sound very similar!
