I guess it would depend on the range of TCAS and the speed and density of the objects. I'm assuming that the plume/contrail from the meteors was at the edge of the atmosphere, therefore way higher than any commercial flying. Pretty impressive the way the sonic boom(s) had such force at ground level smashing windows and even doors
